COMMUNITY JOURNALS

Community Journals is a publishing group responsible for the Greenville Journal (GJ), Upstate Business Journal (UBJ), Town, and athome. As an editorial intern, I mostly contributed to GJ and UBJ publications. My roles included:

  • Attending staff meetings and pitching story ideas

  • Writing 2-3 articles per week (researching, giving interviews, drafts)

  • Editing briefs and other articles prior to publication
