KAYLA WILES | Science Writer

The Paladin is a student-run newspaper that has been reporting on issues relevant to the Furman University community since 1916. I started writing for this publication as a contributor and later transitioned to a staff writer. Towards the end of my fall 2016 semester at Furman, I took on the role of health columnist to better share the research of professors/students and report on newsworthy health events, such as the establishment of Furman's public health major and health institute.
